1. Introduction
Welcome to BookNow24/7. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BookNow24/7 platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
BookNow24/7 operates as a hospitality marketplace connecting guests seeking accommodations with hosts offering properties for short-term and extended stays. The Platform may also facilitate concierge services, transport coordination, and ancillary hospitality operations.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Accounts may be created for the following roles: Guest, Host. Administrative and operations roles are assigned internally and are not available through public registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Booking and Reservation Terms
When a Guest submits a booking request, it constitutes an offer to rent the listed property under the stated conditions. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between the Guest and the Host, facilitated by BookNow24/7 as marketplace operator.
BookNow24/7 reserves the right to hold bookings in a pending state where external confirmation from integrated third-party property management systems is required. In such cases, confirmation is subject to the availability and operational status of those systems.
Instant Book properties allow Guests to confirm reservations immediately, subject to eligibility criteria set by the Host. Non-instant properties require Host approval before confirmation is issued.
4. Instant Book Terms
Instant Book is an optional feature that lets Guests confirm a reservation immediately, without waiting for Host approval. When a Host enables Instant Book on a listing, the booking is automatically confirmed the moment the Guest completes checkout, subject to the eligibility checks below. By using Instant Book — whether as a Host offering it or a Guest booking through it — you agree to the following terms.
4.1 Host opt-in and eligibility controls
- Instant Book is enabled per listing at the Host's sole discretion and may be switched off at any time; turning it off does not affect bookings already confirmed.
- Hosts may attach eligibility gates to Instant Book, including requiring a verified ID, a minimum number of completed past stays, or blocking Guests who have received a negative Host review. BookNow24/7 enforces these gates automatically before confirming an Instant Book request.
- A Host's eligibility settings form part of the booking conditions; BookNow24/7 is not liable for lost bookings arising from a Guest failing to meet those settings.
4.2 How automatic confirmation works
Instant Book removes the Host approval step. The moment a Guest completes checkout and passes every eligibility check, the reservation is confirmed instantly and a binding agreement is created between Guest and Host. The steps below describe what each party can expect.
For Guests
- Select your dates and occupancy, review the all-in total, and complete checkout. There is no waiting period for Host approval.
- The system checks the Host's eligibility gates (verified ID, minimum past stays, negative-review screening) in real time as you book.
- If you pass every check, your reservation is confirmed immediately, you receive a booking reference, and the Host is notified of the confirmed stay.
- If any check fails, no charge is made; the request is voided and you are told which condition was not met.
For Hosts
- By enabling Instant Book, you agree to honour every automatically confirmed reservation on the dates and at the rate shown at booking, subject only to the listing's cancellation policy.
- No action is required from you to confirm an Instant Book booking — the platform confirms it on your behalf the instant the Guest passes the eligibility gates.
- You receive a notification once a booking is confirmed, and the dates are blocked on your calendar automatically.
- You may not request additional payment, alter the rate, or decline the stay after an Instant Book is confirmed; changes follow the standard cancellation and modification terms below.
- If an Instant Book request cannot be confirmed (for example, a calendar conflict detected after checkout or a failed eligibility check), BookNow24/7 will void the request and refund any charge in full.
4.3 Pricing, availability and calendar sync
- The nightly rate, fees, taxes, minimum stay, and all-in total shown to the Guest at checkout are locked at confirmation. Hosts may not request additional payment for the same dates and occupancy after an Instant Book is confirmed.
- Instant Book relies on live availability. Where a listing is synchronised with an external property management system, calendar accuracy depends on that system; BookNow24/7 may decline or void an Instant Book where availability cannot be verified, and will refund the Guest in full.
4.4 Cancellations and modifications
- Instant Book reservations are governed by the same cancellation policy displayed on the listing (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict); instant confirmation does not alter the refund schedule.
- A Host cancellation of a confirmed Instant Book booking is treated as a Host-initiated cancellation and the Guest will receive a full refund, together with any Host cancellation penalty BookNow24/7 applies under its policies.
- Guests may request modifications (dates or occupancy) after Instant Book confirmation; any change is subject to Host approval and availability, and is not automatic.
4.5 Suspension of Instant Book
- BookNow24/7 may disable Instant Book on a listing, or platform-wide, where a Host shows a pattern of post-confirmation cancellations, calendar inaccuracy, or conduct that undermines trust in automatic confirmation. Such action does not affect bookings already confirmed.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
All prices displayed on the Platform are in the currency indicated and are subject to applicable taxes, service fees, and cleaning fees as itemised at checkout. BookNow24/7 may charge a service fee on each booking to cover platform operations and support services.
Hosts set their own nightly rates and may apply dynamic pricing, minimum stay requirements, and seasonal adjustments. Prices are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed. BookNow24/7 is not responsible for pricing discrepancies arising from third-party channel synchronisation delays.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are set by each Host and are clearly displayed on each property listing. BookNow24/7 enforces three standard policy tiers: Flexible, Moderate, and Strict. Guests must review the applicable policy prior to booking.
Where a booking is cancelled by the Host, the Guest will receive a full refund. Where circumstances beyond the control of either party prevent a stay (force majeure), BookNow24/7 may apply its Extenuating Circumstances Policy at its sole discretion.
7. Host Responsibilities
Hosts agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date listings. Hosts are responsible for ensuring their properties comply with all applicable local laws, health and safety regulations, and zoning requirements. Hosts must honour all confirmed bookings and maintain the property in the condition represented in the listing.
Hosts who integrate their properties with third-party property management systems through the Platform's integration layer acknowledge that synchronisation may be subject to delays or errors, and that BookNow24/7 shall not be liable for discrepancies arising from such systems.
8. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to treat Host properties with care and respect, to comply with the House Rules listed by each Host, and to vacate the property by the stated checkout time. Any damage caused by Guests may result in additional charges and account suspension.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the number of guests occupying a property and for ensuring that all guests meet any minimum age requirements set by the Host.
9. Reviews and User Content
Following a completed stay, both Guests and Hosts may leave reviews. Reviews must be honest, factual, and respectful. BookNow24/7 reserves the right to remove reviews that violate its content policies. Reviews are subject to moderation and may be withheld from publication at BookNow24/7's discretion.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant BookNow24/7 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with Platform operations.
10. Third-Party Integrations
The BookNow24/7 Platform is designed to integrate with external hospitality, property management, and concierge systems ("Integrated Systems"). Certain booking, inventory management, availability synchronisation, and concierge service operations may be processed through or delegated to such Integrated Systems, subject to platform configuration and the operational availability of those systems at the time of the transaction.
BookNow24/7 does not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or performance of any Integrated System. In the event of an integration failure, BookNow24/7 will endeavour to maintain service continuity through local data and manual intervention processes, but accepts no liability for losses arising from third-party system outages or data discrepancies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookNow24/7 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. In no event shall BookNow24/7's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to BookNow24/7 in the twelve months preceding the claim.
BookNow24/7 acts as an intermediary between Guests and Hosts and is not a party to any accommodation contract. Hosts are independent operators and are solely responsible for the properties they list and the services they provide.
12. Platform Availability
BookNow24/7 strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond BookNow24/7's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. BookNow24/7 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
13. Suspension and Termination
BookNow24/7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform, its users, or its reputation. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support. Obligations arising from confirmed bookings survive account termination.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BookNow24/7 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
